Assessed by a UK-registered podiatrist
Step 2
Identify factors linked to pain or restricted mobility through a comprehensive assessment of foot structure, joint range of motion, muscle strength, gait pattern, functional movement, and plantar pressure analysis.
Evidence-based, scientific assessment — eliminating the guesswork

Step 3
Based on the assessment, we will recommend the most suitable treatment plan for you. This may include high-intensity laser therapy, focused shockwave therapy, footwear or custom orthotics advice, manual therapy, and corrective exercises. Please note that not all treatments or products are required for every patient.
Step 4
Follow-up assessment and gradual return to activity
By tracking your pain levels, function, and physical performance, we progressively adjust your exercise load and treatment plan to help you safely return to your daily life, sports, or running.

Non-Invasive, Highly Effective Treatment
The Latest 2026 Technology
Deep penetration to activate cellular self-repair
EME 18W High-Intensity Laser Therapy
Using a 1064nm standard therapeutic wavelength and 18W peak power, this technology penetrates deep into muscle and joint tissues. Through "Photobiomodulation", it directly stimulates cellular mitochondria to produce energy (ATP), achieving a triple effect of rapid pain relief, anti-inflammation, and tissue repair.
Deep penetration:
The high-intensity laser beam penetrates deep into joints and soft tissues to target hidden pain.
Cellular Revitalisation:
Stimulates cellular ATP production and collagen synthesis to accelerate the natural healing of damaged tissues.
Promotes Recovery:
Laser energy boosts cellular energy (ATP) production and regulates physiological signals related to local circulation and tissue response to support healing.
Safe & Non-Invasive:
Non-invasive, gentle, and comfortable treatment delivering the highest standard of recovery experience.
Pain Management FAQ
I have foot pain. Do I definitely need laser therapy or shockwave therapy?
Not necessarily. Pain management plans depend on your diagnosis, symptom severity, stage of condition, functional limitations, and personal goals. For some cases, adjustments to footwear, exercise, and load management are enough to see improvement. Medical devices and modalities are only used as supportive options when appropriate.
What is the difference between laser and shockwave therapy?
High-intensity laser therapy uses light energy to relieve pain and movement discomfort, typically producing a warm, soothing sensation. Focused shockwave therapy delivers concentrated energy to targeted areas—ideal for treating chronic plantar fasciitis, tendinopathies, and calcification-related issues—which may feel more intense during the session. Based on your assessment, we will customise the most suitable treatment plan for you.
Are insoles guaranteed to cure foot pain?
Orthotic insoles do more than just provide arch support; they are designed to improve the alignment of your feet and ankles, redistribute pressure across the soles, and ease localized stress for a more stable, comfortable stride. Tailored to your unique foot structure, gait, footwear, and lifestyle, our custom orthotics are prescribed alongside targeted rehabilitation exercises to address foot pain at its source—though it is worth noting that not all foot pain requires insoles.
How many treatment sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your diagnosis, how long you have had symptoms, the severity of your pain, your daily physical demands, and your response to treatment and exercises. We will assess changes in your pain and physical function at every follow-up. If your progress is slower than expected, we will re-evaluate our approach rather than blindly extending your treatment plan.
Can I send photos or describe my symptoms first?
Yes, you can. Feel free to share details with us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM first—such as where it hurts, how long you've had the pain, what movements trigger it, the shoes you wear, and any relevant photos or videos—for an initial assessment. However, for an accurate diagnosis, we still highly recommend booking a detailed in-person consultation.
